A B2B software company has seen growth in the past years and wants to make the next moves to expand their business further. Areas of opportunity have been internally identified but not yet externally pressure tested.

Approach

Southpaw Insights used both internal client lists and unique recruiting methods to find IT leaders, HR managers, VPs, and director-level influencers. Respondents participated in 45-minute, one-on-one video interviews to discuss their current solutions and organizational needs.

Result

IT leaders exposed flaws in some potential expansion areas and embraced others. Through this understanding, this software company could more smartly approach their opportunity areas to make wise business decisions at a crucial point in their business growth.
