A large restaurant chain was looking to add a new omelette to their menu and wanted to make sure that it would appeal to consumers.
Adding a New Menu Item
In a controlled facility over the course of one day, we tested six omelettes with 159 consumers. Consumers were asked questions about the omelette’s appeal, ingredients, portion size, and their reorder interest.
We were able to provide the restaurant with pros and cons of each omelette. The restaurant was then in a better position to make an informed decision on which omelette to introduce.
