Gauging employee satisfaction amidst a changing environment

We created an online survey that will be used annually to track employees’ attitudes toward their employer, as well as gauge any concerns and opinions around the company’s business decisions.
With two years’ worth of data, leadership is able to not only understand how changes at work are affecting employee morale, but also develop strategies to improve the employer / employee relationship, employee satisfaction and ultimately retention.
