Challenge: Because of the sensitive nature of the product, usability tests were required to be run in-person so that consumers could touch and feel a product and compare 4 different product options.
Approach: Individual interviews were conducted with plexiglass dividers and safety protocols such as individual product stim for each participant. Each of the four markets utilized a local moderator to avoid traveling during a pandemic.
Result: Through the dual camera system, our client was able to watch participants interact with the product to understand consumer behaviour and thought processes which informed stage 2 development plans.
