A regional conservation organization with a team of policy experts, scientists, economists, and attorneys, approached Southpaw Insights to develop materials to help present their latest findings in upcoming stakeholder interviews.
Engaging with Regional State Representatives
Secondary research was conducted on current greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, tracking systems, and regulations at the state level. The knowledge gained helped us envision how various members and key audiences would contribute to and most benefit from the upcoming discussions.
Southpaw Insights created a discussion guide, dedicating time for interviewers to ask stakeholders about their state’s greatest GHG challenges and needs so that the solution ultimately proposed is rooted in relevance. Discussion guides varied by state to include current policies and approaches, equipping interviewers with up-to-date context.
