From September 13th through October 4th, 2021, we fielded a 20-minute online survey among 1,507 adults residing in the Dallas area, all of whom are healthcare decision makers for themselves or others.
The client’s medical center stands out among competitors as a high-quality teaching hospital and a leader in medical breakthroughs. However, it ranks a distant second in brand preference to a major competitor, mainly due to accessibility.
