The 7-point difference that speaks volumes about workplace experience

We surveyed 2,000 Americans (1,000 Black and 1,000 white) to understand settings in which people feel that they can be their own best, authentic selves. While many of us have our guards up in the workplace, the insights from Black Americans, in particular, highlight how organizations still have work to do in terms of making Black colleagues feel at ease.
