
Because of the sensitive nature of the product, usability tests were required to be run in-person so that consumers could touch and feel a product and compare four different product options.
Individual interviews were conducted with plexiglass dividers and safety protocols such as individual product stim for each participant. Each of the four markets utilized a local moderator to avoid traveling during a pandemic.
Through the dual camera system, our client was able to watch participants interact with the product to understand consumer behavior and thought processes which informed stage 2 development plans.
