Revealing the Experiences of Transportation Providers
Southpaw Insights fielded a 10-minute online survey among a cross-section of transportation providers who serve older adults and people with disabilities, including those serving rural and tribal areas. The instrument focused on programmatic challenges as well as coordination, DEI, and innovation gaps.
The research led to actionable findings that were incorporated into the organization’s strategies for targeting information and technical assistance activities to the needs and challenges identified by providers.
